Due to our location we are extremely popular with rugby teams but have catered for, Soccer, Netball, Cricket and Hockey. And always welcome any new team, club or sport.
Being situated in and around Britain’s smallest City, St Davids, Which lies in the middle of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Our activities can include both cultural and high energy adventures such as a visit to the magnificent 12th Century Cathedral. Or Surfing on Wales’s most westerly beaches, Coasteering in the world famous Blue Lagoon, or Kayaking around Britain’s only coastal National Park. Or even joining us on our mud run experience, a very popular and memorable team activity.
So weather you are looking for a tour that can be adapted and suitable for an Under 7’s team starting out in their sporting journey or a Veterans trying to hang on to their sporting glory! We can accommodate and arrange appropriately.
We are also only 20 minutes from the ferry terminal at Fishguard harbour making us very popular with our Celtic cousins from Ireland.

St Davids Bunk Barns
A newly developed family run 100 bed unit situated on a working farm situated on the two fields from the Pembrokeshire coast path overlooking St Brides Bay and the wonderful little beach of Caerfai and only 0.5 miles from the centre of St Davids.
The dorms are 6 to a room with a large dining area where your hosts Rob and Christine serve wholesome homemade food.

A 64 bedded unit split between two bunk houses on its own rural site situated 1.5 miles from the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and magnificent Newgale beach. The site has its own high ropes course, games room with each dorm being a 6 bed unit with its own ensuite. The lodge has its own separate dining area where the chefs will serve up quality food.

Celtic Camping and Bunk House Accommodation
Situated right on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path over looking Abereiddy Bay, the site really is in a remarkable location. With large camping areas, and Multiple Bunk Houses the site can accommodate groups of all sizes.
A family run site, with large playing areas, showers, fire pits all within 1 mile from Abereiddy Beach or 4 miles from St Davids.

It really is about building a package that is suitable for you and your club but what we will do is highlight the options and pricing structures. Obviously senior/vet teams will want something different out of a tour than the kids and we can accommodate both – But whatever the age we do recommend you try some of our activities!

Basic Tour Package
1 nights’ Accommodation at Half Board, 1 game arranged by us with food at the Rugby Club in question. And a mud run activity for some team bonding and additional fun

Sample Day :
DAY 1 - Arrival
You will arrive onsite between 1200hrs and 1800hrs on the first day and will have time to settle into your accommodation and have a welcome meeting before we take you on your first adventure of the week.
Coasteering – The ultimate in coastal adventure, you will scramble, swim and jump between the sea and the rocks a real fun interactive adventure challenge ideal for confidence and team building and will put a smile on anyone’s face. We use many site for our coasteering, whichever is best to suit the group one of which is the Blue Lagoon site of the Redbull world cliff diving series.
The evening will be spent having a welcome BBQ around the Fire pit with fun and games
DAY 2 - Match Day

|Dinner||A good hearty and filling evening meal on site will be just what is required following an action packed day|
|Evening Ents||Evening activities that we will run and build into your package from such games such as rounders, talent shows, karaoke, treasure hunt, quizzes and more|
DAY 3 - Departure
After a well earned breakfast, before you head off why not take on another activity such as:
Mud Run / Obstacle Course
Why not try out sections of our man-up in the mud course, an ideal fun activity. You will climb under the logs in the bog! Climb our cargo net, wade through the ponds, run up the tramalator, slide down the slippery slope and a little bit more! Ideal for team bonding, building and laughing
Or maybe for the Veterans a bit of Clay pigeon shooting at one of the most scenic traps you’ll see anywhere.
The price of a tour will depend on the package you require.

How To Book Your Tour:
Once a mutually acceptable itinerary/costing has been produced, we can provide a host of tourist information and fundraising ideas. And the payment plan is as follows
25% Deposit with a signed copy of our booking form at which point accommodation can be reserved (subject to availability)
Final payment is required twelve weeks prior to departure
From your first discussion through to departure you will have your own experienced tour co-ordinator who can assist with adjustments, queries and additional requirements such as merchandise.
Safety and safeguarding of our guest is our number one priority, yes you will have adventure, fun and the odd adrenaline rush but this will be done in an environment that we will control so that all you have to worry about is the enjoyment aspect of the break.
Ourselves, partners and instructors are experienced and qualified in their chosen fields and are registered with the Adventure Activities Licencing Authority (AALA) as required to do so in law by the Health and Safety Executive. Please See http://www.hse.gov.uk/aala/
All the accommodation sites that we use are experienced providers in hosting small and large groups and are fully compliant with building and fire regulations
All the food provers have a minimum qualification in food hygiene service and preparation, and the premises have been inspected and graded by the environmental health officer.
