Man Up UK in conjunction with St Davids Rugby Football Club present the first St Davids Womens 7’s tournament at the home of Wales Women Head Coach Roland Phillips and GB Womens Olympic Sevens star Jasmine Joyce.

St David’s, Britain’s smallest City is situated in the middle of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, making the Rugby Club Wales’ most Westerly and only a 20 minute drive from The Rosslare to Fishguard Ferry.

Teams from all over the UK and Ireland are invited to attend what promises to be a superb weekend of running rugby coupled with some unique off field fun and entertainment in this beautiful location.

Why not combine the enjoyment of playing rugby together with the experience of a adventure activity such as coasteering in the Blue Lagoon – site of the Red Bull World High Diving Championships. Or, learn to kayaking or surf in some of the most idyllic waters in the UK, or even try your hand at clay pigeon shooting or mountain biking. You could even manage those sore bodies (and heads) the next morning by taking on our Mud Run course to top your weekend off?

As with any rugby festival there will be post tournament celebrations at the Rugby Club, which includes presentations, celebrity guests, fun and games and live music into the early hours.

To give you the best in location, value and quality our recommended packages are based at St Davids Bunk Barns, a family run site situated in a stunning location overlooking St Brides Bay and only a few minutes walk from the wonderful beach of Caerfai.

The Bunk Barns are ideal for the 7’s as they are only 1/2 a mile from St David’s Rugby Club, the site of the tournament and after party. It is a similar distance from the Centre of St Davids, which as Britains smallest city is full of history, has a number of unique little shops, quality eaters and vibrant pubs. The accommodation itself is in newly converted barns, of 6 bed dorms within a relaxed atmosphere and a large dinning area where your hosts Rob and Christine serve quality home made food. Also on the grounds is a magical firepit where you can sit around during the evening to relax and socialise all of which make this an ideal spot for a great weekend away for a bit of team bonding and fun.
